The latest offer from Rutgers football went out over the weekend to Zion Tracy following his performance at camp. Tracy showcased a strong skillset in the camp setting, leading to an offer from the Big Ten program.
He worked out at the camp as a defensive back, a position he played last season as a junior.
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound athlete is coming off a strong season at Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, NY). As a wide receiver, he had 20 catches for 472 yards and four receiving touchdowns.
As a defensive back, he had 18 total tackles and two passes defended in seven games. The Crusaders finished 8-2 last season.
