Beta is a mode Zac Efron On BLAST after appearing in an ad campaign with a bear who spent his entire life in captivity.
The organization urges Zack to “get down to earth” and realize that the bears belong in their families, not on screen…according to Debbie MetzlerDirector of the Peta Foundation for the Welfare of Captive Animals.

She believes that Zach, who is appointed head of brand at Kodiak Cakes, forgot to ask Tank the Bear an important question in his latest ad for the company — “How wrong is it using a captive bear to promote ‘keep bears wild’?”
BTW – The 27-year-old was born in captivity and taken from a breeder at just 6 weeks old…appeared on the Discovery + Show, “Man Vs. Bear”.
Kodiak Cakes is running a limited-time collaboration with Zac, in which a dollar-for-dollar match of “Keep It Wild” merchandise will go directly to the Vital Ground Foundation, a nonprofit that supports the conservation of wild bear habitat.

However, PETA applauded again in the promo saying… “It is hypocritical to take advantage of an animal to help another animal. There is no real protection group Ever Forcing captive animals to perform camera tricks to raise awareness of their wild counterparts.”
The organization is demanding that the ads be removed or replaced with CGI… adding that Zac should be able to make that call after taking on his influential role at the company.
