Vijay D’s Liger Trailer: Packs a Huge Punch

A poverty-to-riches story is a possible theme, if told accurately. A fresh setting with an engaging scenario and required emotions is a must for these types of stories.

Director Puri Jagannadh chose sports drama for his debut project in Pan India Liger starring Vijay Deverakonda in the titular role and gave his twist, in terms of character design and narrative.

Megastar Chiranjeevi and Rebel Star Prabhas released the trailer for the Telugu movie.

Liger is an inspiring underrated story about Chaiwala in Mumbai full of adventure and drama.

Love, hate, insults, almost nothing prevents him from achieving his goal. The mother kicks him, the coach hits him, and the lover rejects him, making him a completely stronger person.

The trailer actually begins with Ramya Krishna giving the definition of the name Liger given to his son, which alludes to the secret of his birth.

Then we see Vijay Deverakonda’s heroics and craziness in the ring. Besides powerful punches, he dances madly in the ring.

If you are wondering if Mike Tyson even exists. Of course, it’s there to give one last blow to this power-packed trailer.

“If I’m a fighter, then what am I” Mike Tyson says in his style, and his hand-gesture warning is somewhat disappointing, because that’s the end and we’ll have to wait until release to learn more about this killer combo.

However, the trailer packs a huge punch with the elaborate work and team effort from the main cast and art team.

Puri Jagannadh is a master, when it comes to presenting his heroes in first-of-its-kind characters and giving them the best costume makeovers.

Vijay Deverakonda’s on-screen presence, stuttering, body language and appearance is absolutely gorgeous. Ramya Krishna surprises with the role of the collective mother, while Ananya Pandey has emerged as a model friend of this generation. After that, Mike Tyson’s entry finally made the big difference.

Backed by Puri Connects and leading Bollywood label Dharma Productions, Team Liger has spent money profusely to get a rich and superior look.

Cinematography, music and montage are the other superior works. Kecha’s kinetic choreography deserves special mention.

The movie Liger, Pan India will be released on August 11th.
